Builtmart’s on site CNC router uses advanced technology to create a custom mould for your project based on your design.  Once the form is complete, our team will pour a highly refined Portland cement into the form, add any aggregates or design enhancements, and begin a curing process.  Completed pieces are typically ready within a week for installation.  The CNC router provides accurate cutting technology for reproductions of the same mould if required or for seamlessly combining a large installation with multiple pieces.
